Rough Draft ships artist-made goods from New York. Orders are packed with the object in mind: shirts and sweatshirts ship differently than prints, and original paintings require extra handling.

Shirts, sweatshirts, pins, and small goods generally ship within 3-7 business days after the order is placed, unless a product page says otherwise.

Screenprints and paper works are packed flat or rolled depending on the piece, size, and safest available method. Please allow 5-10 business days for packing and shipment.

Original paintings are handled as artwork, not standard merchandise. Paintings may require additional packing time and may ship separately from clothing or smaller goods. Large paintings may require special packaging, insurance, or a quoted shipping method.

If an order includes items stored in different locations, it may arrive in separate shipments.

You will receive tracking when an order ships. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, transit timing is controlled by the carrier. If a package appears lost, damaged, or delayed, contact info@scottdraft.com with your order number.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, import fees, or customs delays. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If an address needs to be changed, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has shipped.
