Returns, exchanges, and original art
Rough Draft offers original paintings, screenprints, artist-made clothing, small-batch objects, and print-on-demand goods. Many pieces are handmade, limited, or one of one.
Print-on-demand goods: final sale
All print-on-demand items are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or size exchanges for print-on-demand shirts or other print-on-demand goods. Please review the product details and sizing information before ordering, and contact us with any fit questions.
If your print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@scottdraft.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Original art and other final-sale items
Original paintings and one-of-one artwork are final sale. Paintings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Screenprints, digital prints, pins, sale items, custom items, and limited-run goods are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Artist-made clothing: size exchanges
Artist-made shirts and sweatshirts that are not print-on-demand may be exchanged for a different size when inventory allows. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in the condition it arrived. Size exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To request an exchange or report an issue, contact info@scottdraft.com with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping on size exchanges unless the wrong item was sent. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damage and handmade variation
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged in transit, keep the packaging and contact us right away with photos of the box, packing material, and item so we can review the issue.
Handmade variation is not a defect. Screenprints, hand-screened shirts, painted goods, and artist-made objects may include small differences in ink, placement, texture, surface, color, or finish. That is part of the work.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
