Returns, exchanges, and original art

Rough Draft sells artist-made goods: original paintings, screenprints, hand-screened clothing, small-batch objects, and occasional print-on-demand items. Because many pieces are handmade, limited, or one-of-one, all sales should be treated as art purchases.

Original paintings and one-of-one artwork are final sale. Paintings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Screenprints, digital prints, pins, sale items, custom items, and limited-run goods are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Shirts and sweatshirts may be exchanged for a different size when inventory allows. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in the condition it arrived. Size exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

To request an exchange or report an issue, contact info@scottdraft.com with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping on size exchanges unless the wrong item was sent. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged in transit, keep the packaging and contact us right away with photos of the box, packing material, and item so we can review the issue.

Handmade variation is not a defect. Screenprints, hand-screened shirts, painted goods, and artist-made objects may include small differences in ink, placement, texture, surface, color, or finish. That is part of the work.
